On December 19, 2024, an extended meeting of the Moscow City Council of the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Rationalizers and the Committee for Inventive, Innovative and Patent-Licensing Activities of the Association “League for Assistance to Defense Enterprises” was held on the topic: “Relevant issues in the development of inventive and innovative activities in 2025.”

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Defense, Roscosmos, VOIR Central Council, as well as representatives of Defense Industry enterprises and Moscow universities.

At the meeting, the results of the Moscow City Organization VOIR work for 2024 were summed up, and its work plan for 2025 was outlined and approved.

Traditionally, as a part of the meeting, active participants of the events held by the Moscow City Council VOIR and the Committee for Inventive, Innovative and Patent-Licensing Activities of the Association “League for Assistance to Defense Enterprises” in 2024 were awarded.

The Chairman of the Moscow City Organization VOIR, Dmitry Ivanovich Zezyulin, presented the medal “For High Contribution to the Development of Invention” to Vasily Alekseevich Sarantsev, Head of the Patent and Licensing Service of Russian Space Systems JSC, Natalya Lyudvigovna Gavrik, Head of the Intellectual Property Department of the Science Directorate of MISIS University of Science and Technology, Igor Sergeevich Afonin , Chief of The Military Academy of Strategic Rocket Troops after Peter the Great.

The honorary diploma “For active and fruitful work on the development of invention in the city of Moscow” was awarded to Vadim Ivanovich Obrazheya, Head of the Intellectual Property Department of the Experimental design bureau named after A. Lyulka" branch of PJSC "ODK-UMPO", head of the corporate competence center for working with RIA of JSC "ODK".

The Certificate of Merit “For Contribution to the Development of Invention and Innovation” by the Moscow City Council VOIR was awarded to Oleg Aleksandrovich Vashchenko, Director of the Department of Analysis and Management of Intangible Assets of Shvabe JSC.
