CHARTER
Public organization
"RUSSIA SOCIETY
OF INVENTORS AND INNOVATORS"
Adopted by the Founding Congress of the Public organization "all-Russian society of inventors and innovators" on March 21, 1991 (registered in the Ministry of justice of the RSFSR on April 12, 1991, Certificate of registration No. 64).
Changes and additions were made by the conference of the Public organization "all-Russian society of inventors and innovators" on April 29, 1992 (registered in the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation on July 24, 1992).
The new version of the Charter was adopted by the II Congress of the Public organization "all-Russian society of inventors and innovators" on December 11, 1996 (registered with the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation on March 28, 1997).
The new version of the Charter was adopted by the IV Congress of the Public organization "all-Russian society of inventors and innovators" on September 12, 2007.
