From October 17 to 18, 2023, the IV Global Invention Forum was held in the exhibition hall of the GrandResort Hotel in Limassol, Republic of Cyprus. About 200 projects from 25 countries of the world were presented at the Forum.

Following the results of the competition program of the Forum, the International Jury headed by Dr. Yoshiro Nakamatsu (Japan) noted the most interesting projects with silver, gold medals and special prizes.

The Grand Prix of the Forum was awarded to the inventor Krivokapich Blagoe (Republic of Montenegro), the special prize "The Best Invention of Scientific and Technical Creativity of Youth" was awarded to the team of the Belgrade Science and Technology Park (Republic of Serbia), the special prize for the Trademark was awarded to the company Letic-Woltex d.o.o. (Republic of Slovenia).

Special prizes were awarded to representatives of World Invention Intellectual Property Associations (WIIPA), the Chinese Innovation and Invention Society (CIIS), Kuban State Technological University (Krasnodar, Russia), JSC NIIAS - a subsidiary of JSC Russian Railways (Moscow, Russia), State University of Land Use Planning (Moscow, Russia).

Also, special prizes were awarded from the partners of the Forum - the International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA), the World Invention Intellectual Property Associations (WIIPA), the Association of Inventors of Belgrade..

The joint exposition of Russian inventors and manufacturers of innovative products, organized by the IGO VOIR with the support of the International Innovation Club "Archimedes" enjoyed deserved success among the general scientific and technical community. 25 projects of the following organizations were presented at the exhibition:

• Tver State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia;
• Tver State Technical University;
• Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation;
• Russian University of Transport;
• JSC "NIIAS" - a subsidiary of JSC "Russian Railways";
• State University of Land Using;
• Peoples' Friendship University of Russia
• Kuban State Technological University;
• GBOU School No. 1569 "Constellation" (Moscow);
• State budgetary Educational Institution Center for Additional Education "Small Academy of Sciences" (Republic of Crimea);
• State budgetary educational institution of the Republic of Crimea "Cadet boarding school "Crimean Cadet Corps";
• GBU TO the Regional Center of Technical Creativity (Rostov).

The Forum hosted events of the business program: presentations of participants' projects, round table on the topic "Inventors – creators of the Poor". The speakers of the Forum were Andrey Lvovich Zhuravlev, Head of the Center for International Cooperation of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (Russia), Yang-Lung Shi, Director of the International Department of the World Invention Intellectual Property Associations (WIIPA), Mirko Mitic- head of the delegation of the Balkan Countries, Krivokapich Blagoe - inventor from Montenegro, Olga Mikhailovna Rodionova – the head of the Patent Department of the State University of Land Using (Russia). At the Forum was shown presentation films about inventive activities in research centers from the Chinese Innovation and Invention Society (CIIS), the Russian University of Transport, the Belgrade Science and Technology Park and the International Innovation Club "Archimedes".

An interesting cultural and educational program was organized for the Forum participants, a tour of the city of Limassol with a visit to Richard's Castle, acquaintance with the city quarter of the future -Limassol Marina.
