On September 22, 2022, at the address: Moscow, Berezhkovskaya Embankment, 24, in the hall of the Board of Rospatent, a seminar of the Committee on Inventive, Rationalization and Patent Licensing activities of the Association "League for Assistance to Defense Enterprises" was held on the topic: "Management of the results of intellectual activity in projects of creation, improvement and import substitution of high-tech products at enterprises of the military-industrial complex". The seminar was attended by representatives of all leading enterprises and organizations of the defense industry and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

With a welcoming speech performed:

• Natalia V. Popova, Executive Director of the Association "League of Assistance to Defense Enterprises";
• Kus Angela Anatolyevna, Head of the Department of Control, Supervision and Legal Protection of the Interests of the State of Rospatent;
• Andrey L. Zhuravlev, Head of the Center for International Cooperation of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property;
• Dmitry Ivanovich Zezyulin, Chairman of the Committee on Inventive, Rationalization and Patent Licensing Activities of the Association "League for Assistance to Defense Enterprises".

During the discussion, at the end of the seminar, the participants worked out a lot of proposals for the creation, improvement and import substitution of high-tech products at the enterprises of the country's military-industrial complex.
